  Plates (black assay 96-well polyestyrene) were filled with 300 uL of distilled water per well.  The control plate was placed directly on top of the CyBi Well robot deck, while the other plate was put on the aluminum block which was on top of the CyBi Well robot deck.  The first test had the aluminum block initial temperature at 7.8 șC and the second test at -13 șC.  Temperatures were taken with a Raytek infrared gun thermometer.  Measurements were taken from the top of the plates and aluminum block.
