The VP 417-6 is a vial rack made from HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) and will accommodate 6 liquid scintillation vials or other vessels that have a diameter less than 27.9 mm. The depth of the hole is 24.9 mm. The racks dimensions are to the SBS standard - the same as a microplate (127.76 mm long by 85.48 mm wide and 31.75 mm tall) so it fits into the deck nests on all robot platforms.

The depth of the hole is 69.8 mm. The racks were designed so that 2 racks (either two VP 418-9 or a combination of VP 418-9, VP 418-27 or VP 418-32 would fit side by side in a Base Holder (VP 418-B) which is attached to the deck of a PerkinElmer (Packard) Multi-Probe.

The racks were designed so that 2 racks (either two VP 418-27 or a combination of VP 418-9, VP 418-27 or VP 418-32 would fit side by side in a Base Holder (VP 418-B) which is attached to the deck of a PerkinElmer (Packard) Multi-Probe workstation.

VP 418-B

     
 


The VP 418-B is a Base designed to hold and register the VP 418 series vial/tube racks to the deck of a Multi-Probe Workstation. The base is made of Delrin and will accommodate 2 of the VP 418 series vial/tube racks. The Bases were designed so that 2 racks (either two identical racks or a combination of VP 418-9, VP 418-27 or VP 418-32 would fit side by side in a Base (VP 418-B) which is attached to the deck of a PerkinElmer (Packard) Multi-Probe workstation via pins in the Base fitting into a hole on the Multi-Probe deck.


The Base outside dimensions are 332.23 mm long by 90.17 mm wide by 6.35mm tall.

 
 
       
       
 


VP 419-96A

     
 


The VP 419-96A is a vial rack made from HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) and will accommodate 96 glass test tubes or other vessels that have a diameter less than 16.2 mm. The holes are 82.5 mm deep. The racks dimensions are 304.8 mm long by 114.3 wide and 88.9 mm tall) so it fits into the deck of a Chemspeed Robot and on top of a VP 710CS (Chemspeed Tumble Stirrer). This allows the contents of the test tubes to be stirred and mixed.

The VP 419-80 is a vial rack made from HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) and will accommodate 80 glass test tubes or other vessels that have a diameter less than 16.2 mm. The holes are 48.2 mm deep. The rack dimensions are 304.8 mm long by 114.3 wide and 50.8 mm tall) so it fits into the deck of a Chemspeed Robot and on top of a VP 710CS (Chemspeed Tumble Stirrer). This allows the contents of the test tubes to be stirred and mixed.
